 By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following trade terms and conditions:

  • Any orders placed using our website at charlottedaltonwines.com.au is a direct purchase from the winery by you the customer.

  • Charlotte Dalton delivers wine ordered online within Australia only using TNT.

  • We do not accept international orders online but please contact the relevant wine distributor in your country for more information.

  • All wines are sold subject to availability, any vintage or price changes will be notified prior to processing and dispatch. We accept payment through our payment gateway.

  • By shopping via our online store, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Charlotte Dalton Wines reserves the right to make changes to these conditions at any time and encourages you to review them regularly. Your continued access and use of the site shall mean your acceptance of these terms and any subsequent changes.

Online Ordering

  • Shipping to anywhere in Australia is a flat fee of $20. Shipping is free for purchases of 6 bottles or more.

  • All prices are Australian Dollars and include all taxes

Delivery and Shipping

  • All orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of order using either TNT depending upon your location.

  • Shipping times are estimated at between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location. 

  • While we will endeavour to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

  • Wine must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery

  • Charlotte Dalton supports the Responsible service of Alcohol across Australia 

Returns and Refund Policy

  • We will notify you within 2 business days if we are unable to dispatch your order.

  • In the event that an item ordered is unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you immediately to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

  • We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds will be given in compliance with consumer rights.

  • Charlotte Dalton Wines are happy to exchange any incorrect or damaged item(s) upon notification within 2 days of receiving goods.

Sale of Alcohol

  • Under the provisions of the Liquor Licensing Act (LLA) 1997; It is illegal to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with Charlotte Dalton Wines, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age

  • It is an offence to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing the wines as a gift. If in doubt our carrier may request some form of ID with proof of age at the time of delivery.
